The 48th Wooden Boat Show Is May 4, 2024!

A “Top 20 Event for the Southeast”, the popular Wooden Boat Show returns to Beaufort’s Front Street May 4th to entertain and educate boaters, tourists and area residents. Thanks to great participation, attendance and sponsors, this is the longest ongoing wooden boat show in the Southeast!

As you know, sponsorship has been critical to the growth of this signature event for Beaufort, Carteret County and the State of North Carolina, and we appreciate your previous support in past years, so please consider becoming a Sponsor for 2024. Whether you’re a boating enthusiast or prefer to keep your feet on dry land, the Annual Wooden Boat Show has activities for all ages. This free event, held each year on the first Saturday in May, celebrates the art of North Carolina traditional wooden boatbuilding and the sport of boat racing. Dozens of handcrafted wooden boats will be on display, along with nautical demonstrations and activities for children.
