Rental Rates
Venue Only: Renter should arrange for tents, chairs, bathrooms, etc.
Base Fee: $500.00 (rate applies only to simple event like wedding/reception – not major or complicated event involving concert, multiple tents, or hundreds of participants)2 hrs set-up, 3 hours of event, 2 hours clean-up
Additional Hours: Beyond seven hours of occupancy on the day of the event there will be a $50 per hour charge.
Additional Fees: $100 per day for day before and/or day after for time to set up and break down.
Deposit: $200
NOTE: Large events requiring substantial set up time will be charged the normal Base Fee for each day of set up and/or break down.
Cancellation Policy: If renter cancels eight (8) weeks before the event, the deposit will be refunded less 10%. If cancelled within eight (8) weeks of event, it is nonrefundable. Once confirmed, the remaining balance will be due thirty (30) days prior to event.
